About In Rhythm

In-Rhythm Consulting is a firm that partners alongside churches of all sizes and demographics in the areas of Administration, Finance, Ministry Planning, and Human Resources. For over 10 years, In-Rhythm has been helping churches all across the county carry out the visions and goals that the Lord has divinely placed in the hearts of those that have been put in place to be the hands and feet of Christ in carrying out the great commission as described in Matthew chapter 28. We are firm believers that finances should follow ministry and not vice versa.

Dan Dorner

Founder

Dan Dorner founded In-Rhythm Consulting in 2009 after having served for 20 years as a Senior Associate Pastor/Staff Administrator. Dan partners with churches all around the country as a consultant offering decades of expertise in the areas of finance, personnel, HR, and administration. He serves his local church faithfully, and loves his role as husband, father, and grandfather.

Trace Dorner

Consultant

Trace Dorner, In-Rhythm Consultant, currently resides in north metro Atlanta, Georgia with his wife Ana. He has been serving at In-Rhythm since 2013 as a consultant and bookkeeper for a variety of churches and ministries across the country. Trace teaches a 12th grade Sunday school class at his home church in Woodstock and has a passion to see the advancement of the gospel in his local community and abroad.
